Here I go again with that chocolate coma. But it’s absolutely worth the cocoa intake! For the number of times I have made brownies from a box, I am almost ashamed to admit how easy this was. I only made one minor adjustment to the recipe by cutting the butter in half and substituting coconut oil. For the rich, velvety chocolate taste I picked up a bar of Divine Chocolate at Whole Foods and sprinkled chunks on top prior to baking. The flavor is deepened by the cocoa powder and the texture is perfect. The nuggets of chocolate (as opposed to morsels) make for a gooey bite of sheer goodness. Satisfy any sugar craving you’ve ever felt with this unbelievably delicious
(and ridiculously easy) treat.
