{food} for thought

I am not a major supporter of New Year’s resolutions. Perhaps it is the stigma surrounding them–the idea that they are always broken–that deters me from making my own. This year, however, I stumbled across a wonderful tool for simple victories in the upcoming year.
Entering this final weekend before the year’s end, I am going to consider the prompts from below and come up with my own (attainable) goals. Once the list is filled-in, it will go into my yearly calendar as a helpful reminder of small ways I can and will succeed in 2014!
This may be the start of a lovely new tradition.
