wish it // worth it

Leather is a fabric for all seasons: mild winter days, chilly summer nights, and the transition times of spring or fall. More than that, leather is a fabric of versatility. My closet currently hosts a mid-length elegant black leather coat and a short and tan biker jacket. Time and again I find myself wishing for a black moto (motorcycle) jacket. I love the edginess of quilted leather and off-centered zippers.
J Brand’s Aiah Cropped Leather Biker Jacket is a leather-lover’s dream. The lines are clean while the texture gives some sass. The cropped length also makes this item a lovely addition to high-waisted pants or a flouncy ballerina skirt. For a more conservative budget, Chic Nova Locomotive Leather Jacket with Shoulder Pads offers a similar, sultry leather look. The quilted accents and mock collar make for a fierce fashion statement.
Before next season hits, a black moto jacket will be making its way into my pining closet!
