Crisp summer whites are an elegant, fresh look.The monotone “all white everything” outfit may seem intimidating at first, but with the right pieces and proper fit it is both flattering and chic.

I took a while locating the top and bottom to make this style work. On a random outing last week, E and I walked into the Loft and I made a beeline for this linen tee. It’s slightly sturdier than plain cotton and doesn’t seem to cling as much as others. Paired with white boyfriend jeans for a loose fit, I balanced a relaxed feel with flattering details. The printed shoes, navy blazer, and bright clutch offer perfect color accents that are necessary for someone with paler skin wearing all white. The sweetest addition to my ongoing gold obsession, a necklace by Ash jewelry, finished the look: a porcelain hexagon dipped in gold that made a big statement despite its petite size.
