If ever there is a color without seasonal bounds, my vote goes to emerald. The color is both crisp and warm–an asset to the wardrobe regardless of whatever month is displaying on the calendar. Preparing for an impromptu night out, I could not avoid an at-home shoot of my Michael Kors sweater. An otherwise monochromatic outfit is instantly elevated to an eye-popping ensemble with one simple addition. On another note, the Vince Camuto bangle feels like a little present to myself ever time it warps my wrist; the sweet bow is an undeniable nod toward the merriment of gift-giving season.
