Perhaps my most well-used baking appliance is the babycakes Whoopie Pie Maker. An inexpensive investment now provides scrumptious medallion rewards in just two minutes! Before this becomes an infomercial, I must also rave about the delectable Food Network recipe of Chocolate Pumpkin Whoopie Pies. My slight addition to the recipe is a splash of Disaronno, Amaretto just prior to baking. The hint of almondy goodness grants moisture and depth of flavor to their cakey deliciousness.
