This Monday morning I’m in a haze of vacation-meets-Cadbury-Easter-egg-over-indulgence. It’s quite a jolt back to reality after last week’s relaxing, spa-ing, and enjoying the company of family. Yet I still feel a sense of balance when it comes time to return to my home routine. Whether tending to kitties, cooking, or working on home remodeling, I definitely thrive on those feelings of usefulness and purpose. And our few days in the Georgia sun gave me a whole new outlook on these next few weeks of spring. I’m cherishing simple, casual layers with textured details. Plus, I’ve indulged a new shoe trend – clog sandals – that completely won we over. They’re practical, easy to wear, and entirely versatile.
