I’ve been so humbled and encouraged by all of your support throughout this pregnancy. For reasons more emotional than physical, it hasn’t been the most wonderful chapter (I shared more about that here). But to be nearing the end now brings with it a surreal sweetness. And one of the biggest reality checks for us thus far has been packing our hospital bag. To make e + i feel comfortable as well as prepared, I trolled countless websites and polled friends on all the necessary essentials. So today I broke down our hospital bag with sections for mom, dad, and baby. Even in the next couple of weeks there’s a lot of unknown. But one thing is for sure: I will be properly packed!
