I find it entertaining (yet also semi-terrifying) that trends from my childhood are already making the rounds. Case in point: the shirt tied at your waist. We’re going back a ways here, but I distinctly remember a striped Old Navy shirt that almost never left my hips. Granted, it was accompanied by a Tamagotchi watch and Teva sandals. So at least this time around, I’m tempering the look with a muted dress and neutral bag. It’s hard to deny a recurring trend that’s simple and remarkably comfy. This spring + summer look will take me from beach bum to date night in no time.
