I bought this tuxedo jumpsuit on a whim last year. Piperlime was cranking out the sales and I got it on such a deep discount that even two wears would justify the purchase. But surprisingly it’s been a hugely versatile addition to my wardrobe. I love the satin detailing and sleeveless appeal for warm weather occasions. Yet it contrasts perfectly with this shearling collar jacket for an elegant winter style. The belted drop waist offers a more casual element that keeps me from feeling overdressed.
For Thanksgiving tomorrow, I’m thinking some variation on this–maybe adding a chunky knit for fireside coziness (also, the fabric has a bit of stretch to it; food baby here we come). I hope you have a marvelous, delicious, and restful occasion with ones you love. We’ll be taking Thursday off to spend quality time with family.
