For most of my adolescent years I steered clear of wearing pink. I look back on that ‘aversion’ now and think maybe I was worried about being too girly. Many of my closest friends were guys so there probably was some underlying sense of wanting to fit in. But in the past few years I’ve come to embrace blush tones. They’re romantic without seeming too loud. While I don’t go full-on fuchsia, I’m loving how the feminine hues are running through my closet now. And these pink fur loafers are just my shoe dream come true. Honestly, E thought they were bizarre and that I was joking when I bought them. But nope, they’re real–they’re mine, and I don’t plan on taking them off any time soon. I’ll admit, the fur will be completely impractical come winter; however, until then, expect a whole lot more of these beauties from me!
