H&M tank, Gap pants, Franco Sarto sandals, Banana Republic clutch, Revlon ‘Pink Cloud’ lipstick
It’s only the middle of July, so I’m not yet in the mindset of dressing for fall. But lately we’ve had a few cooler mornings with that crisp autumn-like air. And that always puts me in the earth-tones mood. An oatmeal tank top with these velvety soft chinos strikes a perfect summer balance. Also, these Franco Sarto leopard print sandals finally went on sale and I couldn’t hold off any longer. It’s rare that I’ll buy something E tells me he truly dislikes, but these were one exception. To be fair, I tried them on five times before taking the plunge. So at least I really considered his aversion. They’re incredibly comfortable with good support and give a fierce edge to any outfit. Out of the pseudo-birkenstock trend, this is the only pair that’s caught my eye.
