Slipping dresses over pants is a trend I’ve long been loving. Whether for reasons of necessity (i.e. cold weather) or just sheer trendiness, it’s elegant yet fashion-forward. But lately I’ve been taking that one step further with a whole layered denim look. Tying jackets around my waist harkens back to the late nineties and I’m not at all mad it’s making a comeback. Especially with these warm days and cooler nights, it’s the best way to be prepared for both.
Our weekend was chock full of Olympic viewing. And, although we now have to fit work in there somewhere, I’m looking forward to that added treat each day. Cheers to the start of a new week!
