Since working from home I’ve realized how easy it is to get my eating habits out of whack. I wake up, get zoned in on emails, and wind up snacking my way through the early afternoon. So, in an effort to combat that mindlessness, I’ve settled on a delicious triple berry smoothie to keep me full and energized. For the first couple of times making it, I used measuring tools; but soon it was just a matter of eye-balling the ingredients. I’ve input the recipe details below.

Ingredients
- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 c frozen fruit
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 c oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- coconut chips for garnish
Directions
- combine all ingredients in blender
- blend until smooth
- serve in chilled glass
- top with coconut chips
