Winter travel wear must be two things to me: comfortable + warm. I’m a grouch when I’m cold, there’s no denying that. So I love to stock my suitcase with simple, versatile pieces for any activity. This past weekend in Newport, I opted for a winter athleisure look combining an elegant, classic coat with yoga pants and sneakers. Not only was the layering enough to keep me cozy, but it transitioned from our afternoon sightseeing to a delicious dinner date.
