Starting off this week with a snow day was heavenly. Well, to be honest, adult snow days are slightly more chore-filled than childhood ones. But even so it felt incredibly satisfying. E and I had the perfect mix of productivity and laziness. I’ve recently gotten sucked into the Great British Bake Off–I can’t tear myself away from their dry wit and delicious recipes. So that dominated our afternoon. And we got a chance to sneak out in the morning for coffee with a side of pictures before the snow set in. My choice of bag, recently, has been a faux suede mini bag. This bargain buy (under $25) is part of the Who What Wear collection for Target. I love the sleek design with a touch of gold that adds modern flair. Heading into spring I see it as the perfect, lightweight option to carry only my bare essentials.
