lettuce edge tee for playful layering

Everlane dress c/o, Zara tee (like this), Gap shoes

I feel like this outfit gets my in touch with my unfulfilled dream to be part of the ‘Clueless’ cast. Layering a slip dress is majorly reminiscent of the nineties and I’m not mad about it. When choosing pieces for my capsule wardrobe I wanted interchangeable itesm–dresses and jumpsuits that could work with a cardigan over top or a tank underneath. So I sized up on this slip dress in order to make it less bulky when I wanted to change up my look. And I adore the playfulness of this lettuce edge tee. The hemline detailing offers an eye-catching pop without being too bold.

p.s. I took this dress with us to Bermuda and it packed so well–didn’t wrinkle even when stuffed in my suitcase!
