So I recently mentioned the fact that my family owns a Mexican restaurant in Boston. What I failed to say is that we also house over 250 types of tequila there. And nope, until we opened the restaurant I had no clue that many types even existed. In general, tequila gets the bad rap of being a college kid’s worst decision ever. But to be fair, that’s the cheap stuff. I’ve grown to appreciate the taste of great tequila and even be able to sip it straight. So I pulled in some Milagro Silver for this perfect summer drink recipe. The honey paloma cocktail is a great balance of citrus and sweet with a salt rim for contrast. It’s easy to batch the drink for big parties or just keep it simple for a date night at home. The bonus is that it makes a gorgeous addition to any table with the playful, bright colors. See full recipe below (and, please, drink the good tequila…responsibly).
