This weekend was celebrations galore and everything worked out perfectly. I shared snippets of it through Snapchat already (follow onebrassfox), but I’ll share a full post soon of E’s surprise birthday fiesta. Did I mention this has been the craziest spring of my life? It feels like every weekend we’re jetting from one place to the next with weddings, parties, and family gatherings. So my wardrobe has had to match that versatile lifestyle. One trend from this season that’s worked wonders in that area is the dress-over-pants look. It repurposes both pieces in a completely different way. It’s definitely a casual feel yet classic option for just about any occasion: flats for daytime errands and heels for night. I’ve loved pulling out some favorite, staple pieces of mine to find new ‘never before seen’ outfits.
