Ever wanted to whip up a batch of heaven in under four minutes? Well this is your lucky day. A chocolate chip waffle cookie makes all those dreams come true. And there’s no way to sugar coat it: this recipe contains absolutely nothing of nutritional value. But it’s simple, a genius use of my waffle iron, and perfect under one scoop of ice cream. I will add that, in this form, it’s a whole lot easier to consume an entire package of pre-made dough. That was a frightening realization when staring at the cleaned plate. Ingredients/Supplies
- waffle maker
- pre-made cookie dough
- cooking oil spray
- chocolate + caramel syrup for garnish
Directions
- grease both sides of the waffle maker (do not turn on yet)
- spread pieces of cookie dough on one side of the waffle maker
- press down gently until the surface is covered
- turn on the waffle maker
- cook for 3 1/2 – 4 minutes (cooking time may vary by waffle maker)
- remove with a spatula, top with syrup, and enjoy
