This weekend was full of unplanned greats. From seeing an out-of-country cousin on Friday to sharing pizza with friends on Saturday and stumbling onto a sweet wine tasting yesterday, we loved it all. There’s something pretty perfect about those last couple of days before a holiday. It’s energizing to know there are only a few more ‘grinding it out’ hours before we can relax and lean hard into overeating. So it felt appropriate to share my first holiday inspired outfit of the season. This balloon sleeve dress is unbelievably comfortable (with an elastic waistband for aforementioned overeating). It features embroidery that lends some understated class. I paired with ankle booties and a checked trench for that cozier fall/winter approach.
