With my “Conscious Closet” series I’ve focused a lot on women’s wardrobe essentials and where a conscious consumer can shop for them. But I haven’t shared the men’s fashion side. Well let’s call this look the beginning: all about basics. E goes in phases with his outfits. One week it’s prints and layers while the next he sticks to simple, minimal pieces. So today is all about those classic staple pieces to buy again and again. A v-neck tee, black denim, and sturdy sandals never get old for spring/summer wear. They’re a great place to start when wanting a casual feel without looking rumpled. I’ll be building on this topic in future “a gentle(man) friday” posts so stay tuned.
