Sometimes I get frustrated when I’m drawn to a trend I can’t necessarily pull off. I love the way it looks on models or in magazine pages, but my own body won’t always translate that properly. And that’s a bit of how I feel about boho. I can endlessly ogle the Free People lookbook or score some great vintage finds, but it doesn’t meant they’re meant for me. So, in these cases, I like to find a happy middle. This bohemian bell sleeve blouse has both a free-spirited vibe and modern class. Lace arm details and a flowing silhouette are juxtaposed by skinny jeans with fringe sandals. It’s nothing close to flower-child status, but that’s not very ‘me’ anyway. So the compromise works perfectly.
