Today is one of my favorite outfit combinations. I’ve paired a delicate lace top with dark wash denim. But here’s the catch: it’s only my favorite when the look doesn’t seem too preppy. That style will never work for me. So subtle additions like the hand chain and tasseled clutch add personality. And even though I’m far from chucking the skinny jeans trend, I’m really into bootcut bottoms now. Going back to my wardrobe basics, they’re a necessary item for every closet. The cut is universal and flattering for all body shapes. A dark color like this can mesh with daytime wear or a night out.
